Sourdough Essentials box is  $40.00 / month + delivery fee.
The membership may last as little as one month or as long as you want.

House Sourdough

Our signature loaf. Naturally leavened, long-fermented, with a mix of whole wheat and tradition flour, offering a balanced flavor, and open airy crumb and crunchy golden crust.

Perfect with butter, avocado, or a hearty soup.

Tradition Baguette

A classic high-hydration French sourdough baguette, fermented for 24 hours to create a golden crust and airy, flavorful crumb.

Perfectly paired with French jambon and butter, ideal for sandwiches or simple spreads.

Seeded Nordic Loaf

A hearty sourdough made with whole wheat and rye, and a nutritious cereal mix of flax, sunflower, buckwheat, and soybeans.
This dense Scandinavian-inspired bread offers a nutty, wholesome flavor and satisfying crunch.

Perfect for pairing with smoked salmon, creamy cheese, or a simple butter spread.

Wellness Bread

A low-salt, diabetic-friendly bread with a subtle tang and light, tender crumb. Made with 100% whole wheat, It’s hand kneeded and leavened for 24hours, offering a tender crumb with a subtle tang— perfect for those mindful of their health.

Complements mild cheeses like mozzarella or herbed cream cheese, sliced turkey breast, or a dollop of apricot jam.

Earl Grey Morning Loaf

A morning delight signaute sourdough, infused with fragrant Earl Grey tea, offering hints of citrus and bergamot in every slice.

Ideal with mascarpone, goat cheese, lemon curd, orange marmalade, or a dollop of clotted cream.

Nigella Cumin Sesame Trio Loaf

Country Loaf

Turmeric & Raisin Bread

Seeded Nordic Fruit Medley

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is sourdough?


Sourdough is a technique not necessarily a flavor. Most of our bread is not particularly sour. The name refers to the natural leavening process, meaning that no commercial yeast is used to speed up the rise of the bread. 

2. Is it vegan?


The majority of our bread is vegan, made with flour, salt, and water. Brioches and buns usually has eggs and milk.

3. What’s included in the subscription?


Every month, you’ll receive two sourdough loaves per week (8 loaves total per month) + one baker’s choice treat (a surprise sweet or savory delight, delivered once a month).

4. Can I customize my bread?


Yes! Choose your preferred sourdough types during sign-up using the dropdown menu.

5. Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to the greater beirut area. Unsure if you’re within range? Contact us at [email protected] for assistance.

6. Can I gift a subscription?


Absolutely! Purchase a bread subscription voucher for someone special—it’s valid for six months and guaranteed to make their day.

7. What happens when subscriptions are full?


When we’ve reached our baking capacity, we’ll open a waiting list. Email us at [email protected] to join.

8. I like bread, but don’t know if i can get two loaves of bread eaten in a week.

Sourdough bread stays fresh for several days when stored in plastic bags. It also freezes well. You could also find a friend to split the subscription with. 

9. What if I’m traveling?

We can’t pause subscriptions, or partially reschedule deliveries but we recommend sharing the love! Arrange for a friend or family member to enjoy your bread while you’re away.

10. Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your membership anytime with just a few clicks.

Terms & Conditions

1. Subscription Details:


Weekly delivery includes two sourdough loaves, with one monthly surprise treat. Subscriptions renew automatically and are billed monthly.

2. Delivery Policy:

 

  • Deliveries are fullfilled by a third party partner and available in the Greater Beirut area, Matn, and more. Please consult our delivery map. (click here)
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive your bread

3. Pause/Cancelation Policy:


Subscriptions cannot be paused. To cancel, notify us before your next billing cycle.

4. Gift Vouchers:


Vouchers are valid for six months from the date of purchase and make an excellent gift.

5. Allergen Notice:


Our bread is made in a facility that processes common allergens.
