All purchases made at Bakelab Counter are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns once an order has been placed.
If you receive any item that is damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. To assist you quickly, include your order number and a photo of the damage. Bakelab Counter works with Allo Taxi for all local deliveries.
When shopping on our site, you will see your full order total at checkout, including taxes and delivery charges.
Delivery fees are calculated based on the delivery location and will automatically appear before completing your order.
Once your order is dispatched, Allo Taxi handles the delivery directly.
